Tis the season for tradition, family and reflection. For the last 13 years I have been a proud member WG community school district and every year I take extra time to appreciate the opportunity to serve our communities. As part of this reflection, I would like to take a moment to wish each a everyone a safe, happy and healthy holiday season. I hope you all enjoy the time with your loved ones as everyone at WG will be looking forward to serving you in 2019.
Some highlights to look forward to in 2019 include but are not limited to:
- Continued student academic opportunity beyond the walls of the physical classroom
- New State Assessment called (ISASP)-Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress
- Facilities and demographics study completed and presentation of data used in District planning
- PTO events/family activities
- Concerts, plays and competitions along with Athletic, Music/Art events
- Graduation in May
