Summer Construction Plans 2016
On behalf of the Woodward-Granger CSD we would like to extend a heartfelt “Thank You to the family of the late Virginia Siglin for the generous monetary donation to both the W-G Elementary and MS/HS Music Departments. We appreciate your kindness and generosity.
District Finalizing Remainder of GO Fund Projects
Plans are currently underway regarding the next phase of the $9.85 million dollar General Obligation Funding upgrades for the MS/HS and the current Early Learning Center. There are many things being considered in this upgrade and include both functional and cosmetic upgrades. These plans are all subject to funding availability and include but are not limited to: AC in both the MS and the ELC, New safety vestibule at the ELC, upgrade of windows, lighting and ceiling grid, fresh paint where needed.
The timeline for this project will be to bid the project in February with potential work to begin as early as this spring. In addition to these projects the district is finalizing the new MS Roof and the HS parking lot. These projects are scheduled to be completed in mid-November.
