Once you answer a few questions about who is filling out registration and an email address, you will be sent a link to that email address to the full application. Save this link so you can jump back into your saved application.
If you need any assistance starting or filling out the online application, feel free to stop by the Administration Office at 1904 State Street in Granger, Iowa, 50109, or call (515)999-8022. This application should take approximately 20-25 minutes depending on the grade level and the number of students in your household.
Supply Fees will be collected later this summer. At that time you will be able to renew or apply for a Free and Reduced Meals application and add optional fees like activities passes.

Address Verification
Address verification is required unless you have been approved for open enrollment. The below documents can be used for verification.
- Utility Bill (water, phone, gas, electric, etc.)
- Rental Agreement
- Mortgage Agreement
Required Documents
Documents requested during the online registration process vary by buildings and grade level that the students attend:
- Dental Screening
Students entering kindergarten and 9th grade - Vision Screening
Students entering TK, kindergarten, and 3rd grade - PK/KG Physical Form
Students entering P3, P4, TK, and kindergarten - Immunization Record
- Proof of Age/Birth Certificate
