2026-2027 Preschool Registration: Opening February 6th 2026 @ 5 PM

Things to Prepare you for registration…

Our district utilize Infinite Campus Online Registration - The application is web-based and should work on modern browsers on mobile devices and computers
The application will include student, parent, and household demographic information (i.e. legal names, birth dates, address(es), emergency contacts, primary physician, dentist, insurance, medical information)
NO Documents are required for upload during the process. The application may give the ability to upload documents, none are required at this point.
Please take your time to ensure clean data entry for your household. This information is utilized for communication between school and home as well as for our emergency messenger.
You can save and return to the application if you keep the Registration Application Number, email, or accessible through the portal (existing families only).
If you are an existing family in the district, you will be able to access the 2026-27 Preschool Registration through the Campus Parent app or Parent Portal.

You are only registering your Preschool age student (Look for District Annual Registration in the coming months)

AM/PM Selected Preference will be considered but Not Guaranteed

Eligibility Requirements for Preschool Programming

For a child to be eligible for our 4-year-old preschool programming, the child must be 4 by September 15th of the upcoming academic year.
Children that are 5 years old by the September 15th cutoff date will be eligible for our Transitional Kindergarten or Kindergarten programming only based upon the rubric eligibility criteria.

4-Year-Old Half Day - FREE (State Funded)

4-Year-Old Full Day - $425 (Partially State Funded)

If you need care outside of standard school hours or want to "bridge" a half-day program into a full day, we offer the following Hawks Nest packages:

The Bridge ($400/mo): * Combines the Half-Day PK with "wrap-around" care to create a full school day.
- No before or after-school care included.
The Half-Day Plus ($800/mo): * Combines Half-Day PK + Wrap-around care PLUS Before and After-school care.
The Full-Day Plus ($825/mo): * Full-Day PK program PLUS Before and After-school care.

Summary of Costs

Registration Opens: Friday, February 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Confirmation Date: You will receive program confirmation by March 27, 2025.
Platform: Registration is via Infinite Campus Online Registration.
- New Families: Use the web-based link.
- Existing Families: Log in via the Campus Parent app or Parent Portal.
Documents: No document uploads are required at this stage.

Age Requirement: Students must be 4 years old by September 15, 2026.
Note: If a child is already 5 by that date, they are eligible for Transitional Kindergarten or Kindergarten only.

Accuracy Matters: Double-check names, birth dates, and contact info, as this data is used for the emergency messenger system.
Save Your Progress: Keep your Registration Application Number or email handy if you need to stop and return to the application later.
Scope: This registration is only for the preschool student. You will register the rest of your household during the "District Annual Registration" later this year.
