General Information (Middle School)
Woodward-Granger Middle School is a comprehensive middle school serving 180 students in grades 6-8, primarily from the communities of Woodward and Granger. All students take classes in the core subject areas of math, literacy, science, social studies and physical education and exploratory classes in art, agriculture, FCS, keyboarding and careers. In addition they can choose from elective classes, such as: band, choir, music exploration, leadership or Spanish. New to Woodward-Granger Middle School for the 2015-16 school year is Hawk Time. This is a 25 minute block of time for students to get extra help from teachers, receive additional support in the areas of reading and math, or to participate in clubs and other extension activies. Beyond the school day students at Woodward-Granger Middle School can participate in athletics in 7th and 8th grade. We currently offer cross-country, football, volleyball, basketball, wrestling and track.
